- Murphydoris is a Genus of Goniodorididae.
- It contains a single described species Murphydoris singaporensis. Genus was erected in 1991 at the time of the single species description.
- Murphydoris shares non-lamellate rhinophores with Goniodoridella, but is unique among goniodorids in lacking peri-anal ctenidia.
- That means it does not have true gills around the anus. Instead it has some small papillae at the termination of the mantle edge on each side. These may be homologous to true gills. It is this characteristic that separates it from the other Goniodorididae.
