Stalked egg masses found attached to By-the-wind Sailor (Velella velella) on the beach

The white circle around the anteriormost ceras (the one immediately above the everted buccal mass)
shows the wavy membrane on the ceras that is diagnostic of Fiona.

The short, simple rhinophores and oral tentatcles are diagnostic of Fiona
